Has experience as a Senior Executive for a large for-profit Corporation (Kenya Airways Group). He has worked in a Multicultural Environment which has given him international exposure and experience (worked and lived in The United States of America (USA), The Netherlands, The Philippines, Zambia, Tanzania, and Kenya). 
Mr. Kapkirwork has both Executive and Board experience and holds a Bachelor Science (BSc); University of Nairobi, Kenya); Master of Business Administration (MBA); Eastern University, USA); Strategy and Leadership; University of Pennsylvania, University of Cape Town and Boeing Corporation.
At the Moment, He is an Independent Member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Technical Committee.
